SPA POLICY

We understand that circumstances may come up that require a change in your schedule. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, 24-hour notice is required. Cancellations can be done by phone, e-mail or text message.

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will incur a charge equal to 25% of the Reserved Services Price, if Credit Card Confirmation was required for Reservation. By making Appointments requiring Credit Card Confirmation Client acknowledges the acceptance of its Cancellation Policy Terms.

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time - will incur a charge equal to 40% of the Reserved Services Price.

We accept Guests of all ages, however, we will not provide massage, body treatment, or skin therapy services to minors under the age of twelve (12) without a physician's note requiring such service and minors under the age of eighteen (18) without written permission of a Parent or a Guardian. Such permission must be signed and dated by the parent/guardian in the presence of a Ann Marii Beauty Clinic, LLC staff member, and such staff member must also sign and date the form.

Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. The parent/guardian must either be seated in the room throughout the entire service session while the minor is receiving his/her service or receiving a service in the same room.

All minors under the age of 18 must be scheduled with a same-gender therapist.

If a Customer, who was required to provide Credit Card Confirmation to book his/her Service fails to Cancel it and does not show up at its scheduled time his/her Credit Card will incur a charge equal to 50% of the Reserved Service Price.

Such a charge would be substantiated by the fact that we wouldn't have the chance to re-book such an "open" appointment slot without prior notification of the intent to have it canceled.

Gift Cards may be used to purchase products and services and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at the time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction.  

Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. However, Clients are allowed to let someone else use their Gift Card, but they must be present for proper authorization. Any unused balance will remain on the card.

We are not responsible for any unauthorized use of the card. Therefore, Clients need to notify us promptly if they happen to loose or damage it so that we can issue a new one and void the one that has been lost/damaged.

All gift cards expire six months after the date they are issued. In order to extend the gift card another six months, please contact us directly by phone or email, prior to the expiration date.

Purchasing of a Series of Services is not refundable but can be converted to spa credit.

We will continue to accept all major credit cards. However, as a result of the fees charged by credit card companies, we will charge an additional 4% on our listed prices for clients who wish to pay by credit card. We happily accept cash and debit payments, however, personal checks are not accepted.

All Resale Products can be returned unopened within 30 days of purchase. Credit will be given in the form of originally received payment. All opened Resale Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase in exchange for a Spa Credit.
